• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• Functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be offered for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
