• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust for free any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather straps are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and are advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, and exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
