[About Watch Warranty]

  • We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect customer usage or drops.
  • Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranty products, since repairs cannot be performed, a return and refund will be offered.
