• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend exterior part replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Warranty Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
