• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacement of exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the case, glass, bracelet, or dial.
• Failure or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.

＜Applicable Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
