• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).

• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
