• Even if products are new and unused, leather and synthetic leather items may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description; therefore, those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests for adding links or punching holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, and leather bands are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but these are not covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches and wear on the case, glass, and bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside our store.

＜Warranty Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not available; therefore, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
