Even for new, unused items made of leather or synthetic leather, impressions or creases may form during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If a guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique or vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

● In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
