• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free link removal service only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For 1-month warranties, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior components such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
