• Even if a product is new and unused, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or marks from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can appreciate changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal services. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), we will process it to make it unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural breakdown) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
