• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not listed in the description, so if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• Products that are difficult to repair may be subject to a refund.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries to Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear, or discoloration of the dial.

＜Eligible products for warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so it will be a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
