• For used items, there may be damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal only" service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that may occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, not genuine parts, may be used.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
