For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

About Watch Warranty

We will repair or adjust any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or earthquakes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be provided.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
