About Watch Warranty

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
