• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description; customers who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair/adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside the scope of our warranty.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be offered.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
