• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, only link removal is offered as a free service. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional malfunctions (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, and discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunction or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunction or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

＜Items Covered by Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, returns and refunds will be processed as repairs are not possible.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
