• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about such issues, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizing resulting from the adjustment process. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
