• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They will generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or discrepancies in size. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional failures (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, this will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
