• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description, so those who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and stains from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.

＜Warrantied Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
