• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed in the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair/adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be performed for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repair is not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
