Even for new, unused items, leather and synthetic leather products may develop indentations or creases during storage, but this is not a product defect.
Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from use.
For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, we have processed it to be unreadable.

[About watch warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:

Failures or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Failures and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, or seismic changes.
Failures or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

For products with a 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
Accuracy and failures or damage to external parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
