• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may show indentations or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
