• For band size adjustments, we offer free "link removal" service only. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical movement.

• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is only valid for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
