• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes that occur over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside our warranty coverage.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping the item.
• Damage to consumable parts or components requiring replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not available, and returns/refunds will be processed instead.
• Damage or malfunctions related to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
