• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size differences. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failure) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• Damage to consumable parts or materials requiring replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products without any warranty.
