• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally exhibit scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, adding links or punching holes in leather straps is not possible.
• If personal information (previous owner) is present on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional malfunctions (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, these will not be covered by our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for defects or damage.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
