• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee card contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
