• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches due to adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• Products that are difficult to repair may be eligible for a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so it will be handled as a return and refund.
• Accuracy and faults or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
