• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned; therefore, we advise those particularly concerned to refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired and adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance, such services are not covered by our warranty.

• When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

＜Eligible Products for Warranty＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, as repairs cannot be performed, it will result in a return and refund.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with absolutely no warranty.
