• Even for new, unused items made of leather or synthetic leather, pressure marks or creases may occur during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They will generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, you request maintenance from the manufacturer, and they recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
