• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (of a previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be subject to a fee.
• The warranty is only valid for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that do not come with any warranty.
