• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee includes personal information (previous owner), we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• For the 1-month warranty, since repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be processed.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
