  • Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may have impressions or creases from storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
  • Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in the images or not mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are products that allow you to enjoy changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for removing links. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or incorrect sizing. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.
  • If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. When inquiring about a product, please provide the product number.

About Watch Warranty

Warranty Coverage

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, crystals, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
  • When repairing antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
  • If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.
● The following cases will be charged even within the warranty period:
  • Failures or damage caused by incorrect customer use or dropping.
  • When consumables or expendable parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance during use, such as scratches, wear, or discoloration of the dial on the case, crystal, or bracelet.
  • Failures and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
  • Failures or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed outside of our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be offered.
  • Accuracy and failures or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
