• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products where changes due to age are part of their charm. They typically have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustments or size discrepancies. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Coverage

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you ask the manufacturer for maintenance after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• When consumables or expendable parts are damaged and require replacement.

Eligible Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and damage or malfunction of exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
