[About Watch Warranty]

We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
For items difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
If the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will be outside our warranty.

Malfunctions or damage caused by the customer's incorrect use or dropping the item.
When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or overhauls performed elsewhere.

For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so a return and refund will be processed.
