• Antique and vintage items are products where you can enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes due to the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is listed on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will be outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be provided.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
