• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, we may offer a refund.
• For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If the manufacturer recommends external parts replacement or other services beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance after purchase, it will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty products are not eligible for repair and will be handled with returns/refunds.

• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
