• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for changes that occur over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustments are offered as a free service only for link removal. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware. Also, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (previous owner) is written on the guarantee, we have processed it to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance during a maintenance request, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair is not possible, so a return and refund will be offered.
• Accuracy and external parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty for malfunctions or damage.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
