• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust functional malfunctions (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions, free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather straps, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For products with a 1-month warranty, returns and refunds will be processed as repairs cannot be accommodated.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No Warranty: Products without any warranty.
