• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description, so please refrain from ordering if you are particularly concerned.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair or adjust free of charge any functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal use conditions.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be carried out at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping the item by the customer.
• When consumable parts or components are damaged and require replacement.
• Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
• Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or geological changes.
• Malfunctions or damage caused by repair or overhaul performed by a party other than our store.

＜Warranty Eligible Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products without any warranty.
