• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully visible in images or not mentioned in the description; customers who are particularly concerned should refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their age-related changes. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers the mechanical parts (movement) only.
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
• When repairing antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be recommended to replace external parts other than basic maintenance, but this will not be covered by our warranty.

Eligible Products for Warranty

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs; only returns and refunds are available.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
