【About Watch Warranty】

＜About Warranty Coverage＞

  • We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
  • The warranty covers the mechanical movement only.
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
  • For items difficult to repair, a refund may be offered instead.
  • For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
  • After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance when you request maintenance, such replacements are outside the scope of our warranty.
●In the following cases, charges will apply even within the warranty period:
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by incorrect customer usage or drops, etc.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches on the case, glass, or bracelet, wear and tear, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions and damages caused by natural disasters, fires, geological changes, etc.
  • Malfunctions or damages caused by repairs or overhauls performed by parties other than our store.

●Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repair service is not available, and returns/refunds will be issued instead.
  • Malfunctions or damages to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
