• Antique and vintage items are products meant for you to enjoy the changes that occur over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Band size adjustment is offered as a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or size discrepancies. Additionally, adding links or punching holes in leather straps cannot be accommodated.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, replacement parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, as repairs are not possible, a return and refund will be provided.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy, exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, crown, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
