• Pre-owned items may have damage not captured in images or not mentioned in the description, so if you are particularly concerned, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we only offer free link removal service. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing, so please be aware of this. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If there is personal information (previous owner) on the guarantee, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, not genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repairs are not possible, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Malfunctions or damage to accuracy and exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
