【To Customers Ordering Watches】

  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may have pressure marks or creases from storage, but these are not defects.
  • Used items may have damages not visible in images or described, so please refrain from ordering if you are particularly concerned.
  • Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed with changes due to aging. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • Band size adjustments are free only for removing links. We cannot accept claims regarding scratches or incorrect sizes caused by adjustments. Also, adding links or punching holes in leather bands cannot be accommodated.
  • If personal information (previous owner) is recorded on the guarantee, it will be processed to be unreadable.

【Regarding the Watch Warranty】

  • Functional defects (natural failures) occurring under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
  • Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
  • For products that are difficult to repair, refunds may be provided.
  • For antique and vintage watches, substitute parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
  • Repairs after the warranty period will be charged.
  • The warranty is valid only for delivery and use within Japan.
  • After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer and they recommend replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance, this will not be covered by our warranty.

  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use or dropping by the customer.
  • When consumable materials or parts are damaged and need to be replaced.
  • Scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, discoloration of the dial, and other changes in appearance that occur during use.
  • Malfunctions and damage caused by natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, and other such events.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly cleaning (overhaul) performed outside our store.

● Warranty Period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • For 1-month warranties, repairs cannot be performed, so returns and refunds will be provided.
  • Accuracy issues and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, glass, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: These products come with no warranty at all.
