【For customers ordering a watch】

  • Even new and unused leather or synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or creases during storage. This is not a product defect.
  • Used items may have damage not visible in the images or mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
  • Antique and vintage items are intended to be enjoyed for the changes they undergo over time. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
  • For band size adjustments, we offer free service for removing links only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by adjustment or incorrect sizing. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
  • If the guarantee card contains personal information (of the previous owner), it will be obscured so that it cannot be read.

【About the watch warranty】

＜Warranty coverage＞

  • We provide free repairs and adjustments for functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal conditions of use.
  • The warranty covers only the mechanical components (movement).
  • The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
  • If a product is difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
  • When repairing antique or vintage watches, replacement parts may be used instead of original parts.
  • After the warranty period, repairs are available for a fee.
  • The warranty is valid only for deliveries to and use within Japan.
  • When you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts in addition to basic maintenance. Such replacements are not covered by our warranty.
●The following cases are subject to charges even during the warranty period
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by incorrect use, dropping the item, or similar actions by the customer.
  • Damage to consumables or replaceable parts that require replacement.
  • Changes in appearance that occur during use, such as scratches or wear on the case, crystal, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other catastrophic events.
  • Malfunctions or damage caused by repairs or disassembly and cleaning (overhaul) performed anywhere other than our store.

●Warranty period
  • 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
  • As repairs are not available under the 1-month warranty, refunds will be issued for returned items.
  • Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior components such as the case, strap, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
  • No warranty: Products that come with no warranty whatsoever.
