• Antique and vintage items are products whose charm lies in the changes they undergo with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from previous use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please understand that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches that occur during adjustment or discrepancies in size. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If personal information (of the previous owner) is written on the guarantee card, it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Coverage＞

• Functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions will be repaired or adjusted free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather strap, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If, after purchase, the manufacturer recommends replacing exterior parts beyond basic maintenance during a maintenance request, these replacements will not be covered by our warranty.

• Damage to consumable materials or parts that require replacement.
• Changes in external appearance that occur during use, such as scratches, wear on the case, glass, or bracelet, or discoloration of the dial.

＜Eligible Warranty Products＞

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty does not cover repairs and will result in a return and refund.
• Accuracy, as well as malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, strap, crystal, or crown, are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
