• Antique and vintage items are products meant to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and stains from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service for link removal only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. Additionally, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of the previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural breakdowns) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• The case, glass, bracelet, leather band, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For items that are difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a charge.
• The warranty is valid only for delivery within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you request maintenance from the manufacturer after purchase, you may be advised to replace exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.

Covered products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• The 1-month warranty is not eligible for repair, so it will be handled as a return or refund.
• Accuracy and damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
