• Even for new, unused items, leather or synthetic leather products may develop pressure marks or kinks during storage, but this is not considered a product defect.
• Pre-owned items may have damage not fully captured in images or not explicitly mentioned in the description. If you are particularly concerned about this, please refrain from ordering.
• Antique and vintage items are products to be enjoyed for their changes over time. They typically have scratches and dirt from use.
• Regarding band size adjustment, we offer free "link removal" service only. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches or size discrepancies resulting from the adjustment. We also cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If the guarantee contains personal information (of a previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

Warranty Details

• We will repair and adjust functional defects (natural malfunctions) that occur under normal use conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the mechanical parts (movement).
• Cases, glass, bracelets, leather bands, etc., are not covered by the warranty.
• For products difficult to repair, a refund may be issued.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts may be used instead of genuine parts during repairs.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be provided at a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• If you ask the manufacturer for maintenance after purchase, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

Covered Products

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For the 1-month warranty, repair service is not available, so returns and refunds will be processed.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, belt, crystal, and crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
