• Antique and vintage items are products to enjoy the changes that come with age. They generally have scratches and dirt from use.
• For band size adjustments, we offer a free service only for link removal. Please note that we cannot accept claims regarding scratches caused by the adjustment or incorrect sizing. Furthermore, we cannot add links or punch holes in leather straps.
• If a guarantee contains personal information (previous owner), it has been processed to be unreadable.

＜Warranty Details＞

• We will repair or adjust functional defects (natural failures) that occur under normal usage conditions free of charge.
• The warranty covers only the movement (mechanical part).
• The case, crystal, bracelet, and leather strap are not covered by the warranty.
• For products that are difficult to repair, a refund may be offered.
• For antique and vintage watches, alternative parts, rather than genuine parts, may be used during repair.
• After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted for a fee.
• The warranty is valid only for deliveries within Japan and use within Japan.
• After purchase, if you request maintenance from the manufacturer, they may recommend replacing exterior parts other than basic maintenance, but this is outside the scope of our warranty.

• When consumable materials or parts are damaged and require replacement.

• 1-month warranty / 3-month warranty / 6-month warranty / 12-month warranty
• For 1-month warranties, repair is not available, so a return and refund will be issued.
• Accuracy and malfunctions or damage to exterior parts such as the case, band, crystal, or crown are not covered by the warranty.
• No warranty: Products with no warranty whatsoever.
